Wither–or Withering–Badlands Blue?

Posted by tdepp on January 2, 2009

Wonder if Young Tyler and Virginia Lowell are still employed by the S.D. Democratic Party and are producing their “citizen” blog, Badlands Blue?

Nothing’s been posted for over a month.

More suspiciously, my Firefox browser comes up with most of the content removed from the site.  I don’t even see how to get to the actual citizen bloggers who made posts besides Young Tyler and Virginia Lowell.  (If the site has moved or I’m just a technological bonehead, please let me know.)

Looks like it’s been wiped clean.  Figures.  Leave no fingerprints then deny, deny, deny.

But I digress.

I remind you all that this blog was selected as the representative of local, grassroots South Dakota blogs to go to the 2008 Democratic National Convention and report on the activities there.  Meanwhile, actual citizen bloggers like myself, Madville Times, Dakota Today, Robbinsdale Radical, and others got to sit home and not go to Denver because we were big footed by the party honchos.

What a sham.  What a crock. What a shame.

I’ll have more on my view of these kind of shenanigans in an upcoming post in the next day or two.
