Old School KELOLAND weatherman Dave “Captain 11″ Dedrick used to say that on cold nights like we’re going to have tonight.
I never quite knew what it meant but it always sounded slightly dirty to me.
Anyhoo…
Wear warm clothes tonight. And plug the cars in. And make sure the dog has a warm place. And don’t forget about that brass monkey in the front yard!
From KELOLAND weathercaster Brian Karstens today and the email I get from them a couple times a day:
Tonight is setting up to be the coldest since February 1996 in Sioux Falls. We are forecasting -22 with -30 in Aberdeen. Temperatures will not get above zero in eastern KELOLAND until Friday AM. Please pack a winter survival kit in your vehicle if you must travel in these conditions.
