SD Watch Now Kindle-ized for Your Reading Pleasure!

Posted by tdepp on January 5, 2009

I’m not sure what a Kindle is but you can now get SD Watch on it if you subscribe to Newstex.  Newstex syndicates this blog.  Here’s a blurb from Newstex about Kindle:

Amazon – Kindle: Amazon’s New Wireless Reading Device <http://tinyurl.com/5gtog6> – Newstex is pleased to announce that Amazon has chosen Newstex’s Blogs On Demand for distribution of Newstex blogs for purchase on the Kindle.  We will be rolling this out over the next few months.

How do Blogs work on the Kindle? Unlike reading blogs on your PC, Kindle blogs are downloaded onto Kindle so you can read them even when you’re not wirelessly connected. And unlike RSS readers which often only provide headlines, blogs on Kindle give you full text content and images.

So, a Kindle is a sort of text reader for e-books and the like.  If you’ve had experience with a Kindle, please share in the comments.

the Kindle’s main selling point for me is it’s text-to-specch feature — very clever
